A children's care organization is seeking a compassionate Residential Children's Support Worker in Worthing. This role involves supporting and empowering young people who have experienced trauma. As a Residential Children s Support Worker, you ll play a key role in supporting and empowering young people who have experienced trauma. You ll contribute to every aspect of their care and development in a professional, compassionate, and consistent way.
Experience in children s residential care is welcomed but not essential. We value a wide range of life experiences and transferable skills, including hobbies or talents that can positively engage young people.
