Job summary

A leading care provider in Preston is seeking compassionate individuals to support children through care planning and daily routines. You’ll ensure young people’s voices are heard and help them navigate challenges while fostering a safe and growth-oriented environment. Job description
In this role, you’ll:
  • Be a key worker, supporting children with care planning, daily routines, and life skills.
  • Provide consistent, warm, and empowering care that respects each young person’s individual needs.
  • Help young people manage challenges, celebrate achievements, and build brighter futures.
  • Safeguard and advocate for young people, ensuring their voices are heard and rights respected.
  • Contribute to maintaining Ofsted standards while supporting a culture of safety and growth.

What we’re looking for:

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are qualified in Residential Childcare (or hold an equivalent qualification), or who can demonstrate strong relevant experience in children’s residential settings.
