Qualifications

• Minimum level 3 teaching qualification is required; must be willing to achieve level 5.
• Relevant vocational qualification in the area of occupational competence is necessary.
• Experience in engaging learners with technology is essential.

Responsibilities

• Enroll and induct learners onto programs according to company procedures.
• Provide ongoing advice and guidance to learners and employers.
• Manage a caseload of learners to ensure performance targets are met.
• Deliver commercial training courses based on personal expertise.
• Assess work submitted by learners and provide feedback in a timely manner.
