Keys provides safe, supportive care and education for children and young people with complex needs and behavioural challenges. This role is based in Shrewsbury and requires a full UK driving license, with 39 hours per week, including overnights.

You will join a team dedicated to safeguarding and delivering person-centered support, daily routines, and activities to promote wellbeing. Applicants should be over 21 and have a passion for helping young people.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Over 21 due to the vulnerable people served.
• Experience in care or youth settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with emotional, physical, and social needs.
• Accompany them to appointments, school, and activities.
• Deliver personal care and assist with daily routines.
• Support with household tasks and a safe environment.
• Complete accurate documentation and reports.
• Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing at all times.
