Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Care for and support children aged 11–17 in residential setting.
• Share duties including meals, cleaning, cooking and shopping.
• Engage children in 1:1 discussions about feelings and behaviours and liaise with social workers, schools and health professionals.
