A local authority organization in Oldham is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to support children and young people in care, enhancing their skills for independence. As an RCCW, you will work with young people who are in care, edge of care or children with disability from the age of 5 through to the age of 18. The role works in a multi-disciplinary team and provides support for children & young people in developing their skills to independence.

As part of the control, and guidance to young people resident within the home that is consistent with the Homes Statement of Purpose, Children standards and regulations 2015, Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, The Leaving Care Act 2000 and Oldham Council Policies and Procedures.
