Job summary

ForeverCare is seeking full-time residential practitioners to care for children aged 5 to 18 in our Heaton area service. You will work with a team to support positive progression, input daily notes into the software, and liaise with external agencies.

Ideal candidates have 6 months+ UK experience, Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential or related qualifications, and an enhanced DBS with update service. Right to work in the UK is required, with emphasis on safeguarding and child welfare.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ UK experience in a similar setting.
• Enhanced DBS with update service, or willingness to obtain.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, person-centred care to children aged 5–18.
• Complete daily recordings and input on the software system.
• Collaborate with teams and external agencies; report to Leadership Team.
