• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the house building industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and basic Health & Safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and amend house type working drawings.
• Produce construction detail drawings.
• Coordinate with external consultants for design compatibility.
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams and Housing Associations.
• Assist with brochure plans, dimensions, and H&S plans.
