Job summary

Service Care Construction is recruiting for a Scheme Cleaner - Alton on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent after the initial period. The role covers communal areas within residential blocks across Alton, Horndean and surrounding towns. Hours are 25 per week.

Pay rates: PAYE (Inc Holiday) £13.45 per hour; Ltd via Umbrella £17.26 per hour (weekly pay). A Full UK Driving Licence is essential to enable travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role.
• Full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal areas within blocks of flats, including sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and fixtures.
• Remove small dumped items and bin bags to designated collection areas.
• Report large items for bulk removal.
• Litter picking and carpet cleaning in residential communal spaces.
• Drive between locations in Alton, Horndean, and Liss; a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas.
