CBRE is seeking an experienced UK residential asset manager to drive performance across a diversified portfolio including build-to-rent and affordable housing. You will optimise NOI, manage third-party operators, and ensure data quality while supporting acquisitions and new projects.

You will liaise with operational managers, agents and providers to deliver high service levels, prepare reporting packs, and contribute to capital expenditure and sustainability initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in UK residential asset management.
• Experience managing third‑party operators or managing agents against KPIs.
• Strong financial acumen, including NOI, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, with advanced Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of UK residential legislation and regulation, including building and fire safety requirements, landlord and tenant obligations, and Renters' Rights framework.
• Experience with capex, refurbishment or development monitoring and working with monitoring surveyors and contractors.
• Understanding of sustainability and decarbonisation in real estate, including EPC requirements and GRESB.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear client-ready reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee portfolio performance and operational management of UK residential assets.
• Liaise with operating partners, agents and providers to drive performance against KPIs.
• Optimise NOI by maintaining high occupancy, controlling opex and improving gross-to-net performance.
• Maintain data quality across all residential assets.
• Support resident experience and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare reporting packs and conduct financial variance analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to acquisitions underwriting and onboarding of new housing projects.
• Attend site visits and oversee development and capex monitoring.
