Job summary

My client in Chelmsford, Essex is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician. The role requires HNC qualification, strong AutoCAD skills, and at least two years’ experience on residential schemes.

A solid grasp of Building Regulations and NHBC Standards is preferred, along with producing precise working drawings and construction details. You will need to be flexible, work to tight deadlines, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Qualifications
