About The Role

As a Resident Solution Architect (RSA), you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, providing expertise, design, and development support to ensure their success with Immuta. Your role involves onboarding, expanding use cases, proof of concept development, and solution innovation within customer governance frameworks.

You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager to coordinate contract execution and will engage directly with customer technical teams to build relationships, provide guidance, and influence product direction through customer feedback. When not on contracts, you will contribute to internal content, training, proof of concepts, and support marketing efforts.

We are open to hiring in the following countries/regions: United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany.

RSA Responsibilities
  • Partner with CSM and regional Field CTO to define customer strategy.
  • Act as a liaison to customer technical leadership.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Immuta integrations and configurations.
  • Develop technology proof of concepts across multiple clouds and technologies.
  • Represent best practices in solutioning and contribute to knowledge bases.
  • Lead technical meetings and drive strategic objectives.
  • Maintain expertise in data platforms, cloud offerings, identity management, and related technologies.
  • Implement solutions and build compelling PoCs.
  • Guide customer adoption and growth of Immuta solutions.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS in technology, computing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years as a technology consultant.
  • Experience in data engineering or governance roles.
Core Technologies
  • Modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Starburst.
  • Experience with cloud data architecture, analytics, and programming.
  • Knowledge of data access via identity management and catalog tools.
