As a Resident Solution Architect (RSA), you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers, providing expertise, design, and development support to ensure their success with Immuta. Your role involves onboarding, expanding use cases, proof of concept development, and solution innovation within customer governance frameworks.
You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager to coordinate contract execution and will engage directly with customer technical teams to build relationships, provide guidance, and influence product direction through customer feedback. When not on contracts, you will contribute to internal content, training, proof of concepts, and support marketing efforts.
