The Role

As a Resident Services Manager, you'll take full ownership of your development, ensuring both the homes and residents receive exceptional care and attention. You'll manage all aspects of property, tenancy, and estate operations, acting as the primary point of contact for residents and local partners.

From lettings and inspections to maintenance coordination and community engagement, you'll play a central role in creating safe, well-maintained, and welcoming places people love to call home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to all residents.
  • Manage lettings, viewings, tenancy agreements, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to ensure timely and quality completion.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and contractual obligations.
  • Lead resident engagement initiatives, communications, and events.
  • Support the mobilisation and handover of new developments.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and estate walkovers to maintain high standards.
  • Work to retain residents and reduce churn through proactive relationship management.
  • Build strong links with contractors, community partners, and local authorities.
