Job description

We are looking for a Resident Service Advisor to become a key member of the Front of House team on our Build to Rent site. We are looking for an individual who can create a welcoming and memorable experience from arrival to departure with your main focus ensuring the smooth running of the Front of House.

  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hotels, co-living, serviced apartments, or student accommodation.
  • Must have worked in a residential setting
  • Intermediate computer literacy, including booking and administrative systems.
  • Accountability, independence, and enthusiasm to learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  • Confidence and discretion when handling sensitive or complex situations.
