Do you thrive on solving problems, managing complex customer enquiries and delivering excellent outcomes for residents? Are you confident handling challenging situations, working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring residents receive timely, effective resolutions?
We're looking for a Resident Resolution Advisor to join our Contact Centre & Complaints team. In this role, you'll take ownership of complex resident queries, particularly those relating to repairs, service failures and escalated concerns. You'll work closely with internal teams and contractors to investigate issues, identify solutions and provide residents with clear, accurate updates throughout their journey.
You'll have experience working within a customer service, contact centre or resident-facing environment and be confident handling complex enquiries and escalations. Strong organisational skills, effective time management and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Experience within social housing or a similar public service environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of CRM systems and contact centre platforms. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about delivering outstanding resident service and creating positive outcomes for customers.
