We’re looking for a Resident Research Partner to strengthen how we gather, understand and use resident feedback and customer data across the organisation.
You’ll lead research and insight activity that helps us understand the needs, expectations and experiences of our residents and their relatives. Bringing together qualitative and quantitative research, you’ll turn complex information into clear, practical insight that influences decisions and identifies opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with residents, relatives, operational teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll make sure the resident voice is represented where it matters. You’ll also help us identify emerging trends, understand the impact of improvements and provide robust insight to support our regulatory responsibilities.
