Care UK is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Co-ordinator to support residents in leading active, independent lives within a caring and homely environment.

You will identify personal goals, create tailored activity plans, and work with families and communities to deliver meaningful experiences for residents. Training and development opportunities are available to help you grow in your role.

Responsabilidades

• Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible
• Identifying residents' unique goals and implementing personalised activity plans
• Supporting residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities
• Collaborating with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences
• Creating a sense of fun, flexibility, and creative thinking for diverse interests
• Maintaining a mature, responsible outlook with initiative to enhance residents' lives
