An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a dynamic Partnership team in Northamptonshire.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will deliver a first-class customer experience driving high levels of satisfaction working on social housing refurbishment contracts.
We are looking for a pro-active and engaging individual who has exceptional communication skills and customer service experience. You will have good administration skills, be comfortable using Microsoft Office, and ideally have experience with CRM systems.
You must be an experienced Resident Liaison Officer with a proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes. A strong knowledge of internal and external programmes is also required.
