Qualifications

  • Clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.

Overview

Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for a motivated Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. You will be travelling in and around Hackney E2 and E8 area.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and address their concerns.
  • Ensure residents' needs are met and provide first-class liaison and administrative support to the project team in a professional and efficient manner.
About You
  • You must hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months and be willing to travel between sites.
  • Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar project administration experience with a main contractor for planned works.
  • Experience within a social housing environment is advantageous.
  • Experience of EasyBOP and a Level 3 in Customer Service or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
