Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Community Manager to assume overall operational and commercial accountability for a Build-to-Rent asset in Greater London. You will manage on-site operations, lead the team, control budgets, and ensure high resident standards.

You will partner with leasing and marketing, oversee maintenance and compliance with UK laws, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction through robust processes and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations and driving leasing performance in residential property (Build-to-Rent, PBSA, or mixed-use).
• Strong leadership to recruit, guide, and develop on-site teams and contractors.
• Solid understanding of UK Landlord & Tenant legislation and Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and maintenance meet high standards.
• Lead on-site staff, foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Manage budgets, P&L reviews, and vendor invoices; optimize NOI via rate strategies.
