Job summary

Housing 21 in the West Midlands is seeking a Resident Experience Co-Ordinator to create a high-quality activities programme that promotes social inclusion for all residents and encourages fun and motivating activities customized to each scheme.

You will work with external partners to promote community engagement and help develop engagement models co-produced with residents. The role requires delivering diverse, creative activities and maintaining records of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of older people and issues pertaining to them
• Experience of working with vulnerable people
• Good level of digital skills including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
• Experience developing and delivering themed activities/events for diverse audiences
• Proven track record delivering creative and inclusive wellness activities for older people
• Experience in managing budgets (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive a high-quality, meaningful activities programme
• Promote social inclusion and encourage fun, motivational activities
• Co-produce activity models with residents and engage external stakeholders
• Support development of engagement procedures and models
• Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required
