A leading consultancy firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Resident Engagement Manager to lead a critical project focused on resident engagement and regulatory compliance. The role involves managing the Reset project, improving service transparency, and ensuring readiness for inspections. Candidates should have proven experience in similar roles and strong project management skills. This position requires working closely with internal teams and residents to enhance service delivery and satisfaction. The contract is office-based in London for 6 months with a competitive rate.
Contract: 6 months ongoing contract
Location: London (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Rate: £350 per day (Umbrella)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Engagement Manager to lead a key Resident Engagement Reset project within Housing services. This role focuses on strengthening resident involvement, improving service transparency, and ensuring services are fully prepared for regulatory inspection.
Working closely with the Head of Resident Involvement & Participation, you will help embed best practice engagement approaches, ensure compliance with the Social Housing Act Consumer Standards, and create meaningful opportunities for residents to shape services.
Office-based in London, 5 days per week.
Flexibility to attend meetings/events outside normal working hours.
