A local authority in England is seeking a Resident Empowerment Officer to deliver strategic engagement activities. You will support consultations and empower community groups, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time opportunity in our Resident Empowerment Team.
As a Resident Empowerment Officer your role will be to work with the team to deliver a variety of strategic engagement activities across the full range of council services to drive service improvement, strategy and business planning by ensuring residents views are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual with experience of delivering community engagement activities in a similar role in a local authority or other public facing organisations.
You will have strong communication skills and proven ability to walk with a diverse range of communities.
