Job summary

A community care organization is seeking compassionate and resilient individuals for a care role in Northern Ireland. You will support residents with daily activities and personal care while working alongside a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience with older adults, effective communication skills, and be willing to achieve QCF Level 2 qualifications. This permanent role offers a salary of £23,802.48 per annum for 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 1 year's experience working with older people in a residential or community setting.
• QCF Level 2 or equivalent, or willing to obtain if successful.
• Ability to communicate well, at all levels e.g., residents, family members, other staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality, safe service as documented in the resident’s individual support plans.
• Undertake the role of Keyworker for designated residents and compile their Care Plan.
• Respect personal choices of the residents, ensuring equal opportunities principles are applied.
