Qualifications

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Enthusiastic and motivated to bring positive outcomes and care for residents
• Good communication skills
• NVQ 2 or above preferred; training provided
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience with mental health conditions and/or dementia desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement in tasks of household, personal and group management
• Reinforce skills already learned and become a Key worker for a resident
• Liaise with professionals and significant people involved in care
• Develop, monitor and review care and personal plans in the care app
• Attend interviews and meetings as required
• Work flexibly as required by the Registered Manager
• Participate in supervision sessions with the Registered Manager
• Attend and support residents' house and staff meetings
• Adhere to home policies and procedures
• Administer/assist in medication and maintain records
