Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks for residents.
• Plan menus reflecting dietary, nutritional and cultural requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Monitor food stocks; assist with ordering and stock control.
• Ensure meals are prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Support special events and celebrations through food preparation.
• Work closely with colleagues to reflect residents' preferences in menus.
