Job summary

Orders of St. John Care Trust is seeking an Activities Coordinator to design and run a dynamic programme of events for residents in our care homes. You will engage residents, tailor activities to individual needs, and create meaningful moments that enhance wellbeing.

You'll collaborate with the care team and local community to attract participation, while building a warm, inclusive atmosphere across our homes.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, organising and delivering events and activities.
• Experience with elderly people in a residential setting is helpful.
• Confident engaging with residents to tailor activities.
