Job summary

Prime Life in Solihull is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and coordinate engaging activities for 60 residents at Tanworth Court. The role emphasizes empathy, organisation and community involvement, with a fully funded DBS and a comprehensive holiday pay scheme.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to make a difference for residents.
• Prior experience organising activities is advantageous.
• Good time keeping and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily activities to support residents' social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
• Schedule trips and excursions in line with residents' interests and hobbies.
• Provide friendship and companionship, and accompany residents on social outings or appointments.
• Organise and participate in fundraising.
• Research and arrange entertainment within the home, such as musicians and artists.
• Maintain accurate and timely written records and completing documentation.
• Welcome family members to the home and encourage participation in daily activities.
