• Significant experience in Regulation, Civil Engineering, Law or similar related to Reservoir Regulation.
• Strategic leadership with a record of turning intent into high‑quality delivery.
• Proven ability to drive high performance, accountability and psychological safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive stakeholder management and build trust for collaboration.
• Set strategic priorities aligned to EA Regulatory strategy and deliver efficiently.
• Embed continuous improvement to meet changing business and stakeholder needs.
