Eclipse Hotels Group is an international family owned hotel group who are headquartered in West London. Our company's current portfolio includes brands such as Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and CiTi Hotels, located across the UK, Europe and the Caribbean.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reservations & Events Coordinator. You will be based at our Holiday Inn in Bristol City Center and assist the Reservations & Events Sales Manager for 3 properties (Bristol City Centre, Bristol Airport and Cardiff Airport). You will have the opportunity to join a developing employer who has the passion and drive to deliver first class service and a quality employee experience.

This role is very hands' on and will require you to oversee our entire reservations function for our three hotels, providing support to our team, you'll be vital in driving standards forward and implementing changes to assist in providing profit growth whilst ensuring that our guests receives true hospitality that our hotels believe in.

What will your key responsibilities and duties be:
  • Ensuring that our guests' reservations are accurately entered into our system.
  • Proactively selling our hotel to potential new clients and convert inquiries into contracted business.
  • Identify our guests' needs and provide solutions to match them on all enquires.
  • Create regular reports for our Reservations Manager/ General Managers.
Job Requirements
  • Previous hotel experience as a Front Office Team Member, Reservationist or any other similar roles, ideally from a branded hotel background, with a strong knowledge of Front Office systems.
  • Someone who is revenue/sales hungry and target driven, and is looking to make a real difference to our hotels.
  • Experience in creating training process, delivering training and maintaining training record is essential for this role;
  • Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable, able to build strong rapport with guests and managers, and able to motivate your team under pressure;
  • Excellent communication skills in all aspects; good organisational and administrative skills with an eye for detail; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point presentations;
