A luxury hospitality company in Coventry is seeking a Reservations and Events Coordinator to manage client communications and coordinate bookings. This role involves ensuring exceptional service and requires experience in a hotel environment, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills. We are actively seeking an Reservations and Events Coordinator who will be responsible for front line communication with clients, co-ordinating Reservations and ensuring that administrative systems and processes are of the highest standard. Your role will involve handling enquiries, processing bookings and dealing efficiently with all associated administration, to deliver an exceptional and memorable guest experience.
