What you’ll be doing…

• Inputting reservations and taking new bookings
• Updating all reservations made by online agents
• Checking arrivals for following day
• Answering all email and telephone enquiries
• Inputting group rooming lists

What we need from you

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera and other relevant computer software
• A proactive approach to resolving issues that arise
• Excellent personal presentation, listening skills, verbal and written communication
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to handle cash, credit/debit cards and foreign currency
• Strong team player with the ability to multi‑task & prioritise work commitments
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
• Professional/confident telephone manner
• Good sense of humour and an approachable personality
