Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Agent to brighten guests’ days by delivering memorable experiences through attentive booking handling and warm hospitality. In this full-time role, you’ll respond to inquiries, convert them into reservations, maintain accuracy, and upsell hotel services.

You’ll also support sales efforts and help identify future business opportunities while upholding Hilton’s values of integrity, leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy in reservations.
