Position: Reservation Agent

Location: Chotto Matte - Manchester

Salary: Up to £14.21 per hour inclusive of tronc

Chotto Matte is a globally recognized Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant group with locations in London, San Francisco, Toronto, and now Manchester! Our venues are immersive spaces where vibrant cuisine meets energetic beats, offering guests a unique and engaging dining experience.

We’re now on the lookout for an experienced Reservation Agent to manage all inbound reservation bookings via our booking platforms (Seven Rooms and OpenTable), email and phone calls.

This position will be based full time in the restaurant head office, and will be expected to work some evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming reservation and group enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally
  • Manage the reservation system effectively to maximize seating capacity and optimise table turnover
  • Coordinate and plan group bookings inline with group/event procedures
  • Build strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and special requests to provide a completely tailored experience
  • Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and execution of all reservations
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, groups and guest information
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints
