Salary: £26,984.10 plus yearly Tronc of £4000

Hours: Full time 42.5 hours 5 days a week

We are looking for a Reservationist to join our team. The ideal candidate will need good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. You will be expected to provide your HOD with all the support they need and have a positive and flexible attitude towards your working environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and confident manner
• To handle guest reservations & bookings to the correct standard
• Build rapport with guests in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business
• To communicate and share knowledge with other hotel departments, on a regular basis
• Working closely with the Front office team to ensure a smooth, effective and courteous service at all times

Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport?

You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
