Synthires is seeking a STEM Expert (MSc./PhD) for remote, contract-based work. You will tackle complex scientific and mathematical challenges, validate AI-generated solutions, and apply Python workflows to real-world problems.

This role is part-time, about 15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and immediate onboarding. You must have deep expertise in at least one STEM field and experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for STEM and scientific-domain experts to contribute to AI training through technical problem-solving, scientific reasoning, data analysis, and Python-based workflows. Candidates need deep expertise in at least one relevant scientific or quantitative field; expertise across all STEM disciplines is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical, and technical problems within your area of expertise.

• Familiarity with scientific tools such as NumPy, SciPy, pandas, SymPy, Jupyter, or relevant domain‑specific libraries.
• Relevant expertise gained through academic research, industry, teaching, engineering, or independent technical work.

Compensation

• $60–$120/hour, with output-based payment for tasks meeting project specifications.
• Approximately 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Immediate availability preferred; first task expected within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
