MSF UK is recruiting a Research Quality & Governance Advisor for the Manson Unit in London. The role designs and leads a risk-based governance and QA framework across clinical trials and operational research in humanitarian settings.

You will work with investigators, field teams and regulators, applying high standards pragmatically to ensure ethical, robust evidence in challenging environments. Hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; medical specialism not essential.
• Senior-level experience in clinical research or governance.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience establishing or shaping a governance framework or SOPs.
• Experience with ethics submissions and regulatory documentation processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in multicultural, resource-limited environments.
• Willingness to travel to remote and conflict-affected settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Establish a risk-based governance and quality assurance framework across a growing portfolio.
• Serve as the senior technical authority on quality and compliance across studies.
• Advise sponsors, ethics committees and MSF teams on governance standards.
• Lead development, adoption and dissemination of SOPs and standards.
