Job summary

Legal 500 in United Kingdom is seeking a delivery-focused coordinator to plan, schedule and coordinate multiple research projects. You will act as the central point of contact for timetables, ensuring stakeholders have visibility over deadlines and risks are identified early.

You will own master schedules, monitor milestones and drive continuous improvement across planning processes. The role is hybrid, Leeds-based, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

About the role

This is a newly created role that will take ownership of planning, scheduling and delivery coordination across multiple research projects. You'll act as the central point of contact for research timetables, ensuring stakeholders have visibility over deadlines, risks are identified early, and delivery remains on track. The role would suit someone with strong project planning, scheduling or operations experience who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
