King's College London is seeking a Research Operations Officer within the School of Neuroscience to provide research administration support across two departments on Guy's campus. The role focuses on managing post-award activities and the day-to-day administration of research awards, working closely with researchers to ensure funding lifecycle milestones are met.
The post is hybrid, requiring three days per week on campus, and is a full-time, indefinite contract.

Our weekly school circular regularly captures and promotes opportunities open to all staff., The Research Operations Officer is based within the School of Neuroscience and will primarily provide research administration support to two departments: Centre for Developmental Neurobiology and Wolfson SPaRC, on Guy's campus. The role holder will work closely with researchers to support the grant lifecycle, primarily working across post-award, and will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of awards. The role would suite someone who is able to effectively manage competing priorities, has good attention to detail and is able to build and maintain effective working relationships across the School, Faculty and University. The role will provide individuals with a wide variety of experience and skills working across research administration in a large and complex School and Faculty, supporting the individual to progress their career within research administration across the University. The post is hybrid with an expectation of 3 days per week on campus. This is a full-time post (35 hours per week) and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
