JOB TITLE: Research & Insight Manager (Client-side) x2
SALARY: £45k - £50k DOE
LOCATION: London (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 1x Permanent / 1x FTC (12 month)

THE COMPANY

We are working with a charity that is one of the biggest funders within their chosen specialty in Europe, who help to find cures and treatments to give people more time with loved ones. Their customer insights and analytics teams are an integral part of the organisation which drive decision making, drive growth and improve their products and services.

They are currently looking to bring on a passionate Research Manager. You will be integral to the end-to-end delivery of quantitative and qualitative projects in a client-side environment.

KEY DUTIES
  • Responsible for managing projects that are outsourced to external research agencies
  • Conducting desk research from a variety of internal and external data sources looking at market trends
  • Running end-to-end in-house projects from designing briefs, managing and running qualitative/quantitative fieldwork and delivering insights
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience utilising quantitative and qualitative data
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
  • Experience within the charity sector is desirable
