Applicants should therefore have studied economics in considerable depth and should be strongly motivated by an interest in economics and its practical application.

As a new recruit, you will carry out in-depth economic research and communicate your findings to politicians, journalists and others such as campaigning groups and professional organisations.

Qualifications

• In-depth economic research and practical applications in public policy.
• Formal and on-the-job training provided from the start.
• Support to study a master’s degree (fees paid up to UK cap) with potential PhD pathway.
• Open to graduates with MSc or PhD and to exceptional researchers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-depth economic research and communicate findings to politicians, journalists and others.
