SALARY: $190k - $210k

THE COMPANY

We are representing a privately owned specialist market research firm serving the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, including diagnostics, digital health, and precision medicine. The company helps clients at every stage, from early concept testing to post-market clinical data collection, delivering projects worldwide through an experienced, dedicated team. They are currently looking to bring on a passionate Research Director, you will be integral to the end-to-end delivery of mixed methods projects.

KEY DUTIES
  • Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth progress, timeline adherence, and coordination with a team of researchers.
  • Engage clients through calls, presentations, oversee development of materials including guides, surveys, and screeners.
  • Supervise analysis and reporting, mentor junior staff, contribute to report writing, brainstorming, and data interpretation.
