Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administrative tasks for all research projects
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by managing schedules and resources effectively
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Import, export, and manipulate data as needed for various projects
  • Liaise with external consultants who are linked to current or future research projects

Essential
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage, prioritise and balance conflicting demands
  • High IT literacy with knowledge and proficiency of MS Office programmes and Teams/Zoom
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
  • Familiarity with the not-for-profit sector is advantageous
  • Experience working on long term research projects is advantageous
