Job description
Overview

We are recruiting a motivated Post Doctoral Research Associate to join a funded research project based at the University of Manchester exploring how our non-lab researchers can be better supported to be more environmentally friendly in their research practices.

The successful candidate will work alongside a multidisciplinary group of researchers to collect and analyse a range of staff data (survey and workshops), and use these data to develop a behaviourally informed toolkit which will likely include development and delivery of training, staff rewards, and other elements such as incorporation of prompts within existing systems e.g., ethics applications and data management plans.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a PhD level qualification in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or a related discipline.
