Job summary

Forrester is seeking a Research Associate to support the European research team, helping analysts with research design, data collection, and reporting. The role emphasizes quantitative work, client delivery, and strong collaboration within a fast-paced advisory environment.

You will assist in data analysis, prepare materials for client engagements, and help maintain research dashboards and publication workflows across multiple languages and markets.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree with strong academic record.
• B2-level English proficiency or above.
• B2-level proficiency in at least one of French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
• Experience in market research or with technology is desirable.
• Willingness to engage with colleagues and learn about business processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist analysts with primary and secondary research and in developing research topics.
• Support audit, identification, and update of existing research.
• Conduct quantitative work with datasets and support client-delivery.
• Prepare well-formatted charts and slides to tell a clear story.
