The Research Associate will be part of the neuroepigenetics research team led by Dr. Marija Kundakovic, focusing on hormonal and environmental factors driving sex differences in depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. This position involves characterizing molecular and cellular changes in the brain across the menopausal transition and the ovarian cycle, utilizing advanced epigenomics techniques and bioinformatics data analyses. The incumbent performs genomics experiments, facilitates data generation, maintenance, and analysis, and performs lab maintenance.
