CFTE seeks a junior, student or early-career candidate to assist in developing workshops, professional programmes and online learning content spanning AI, fintech and finance. You will research, structure and refine material, turning complex topics into clear learning experiences for professionals.
You will use AI to accelerate work, question information, and deliver credible outputs, joining a small, entrepreneurial team in London. Applicants must have unrestricted UK work rights.
CFTE is one of the world’s leading education platforms in finance, technology and artificial intelligence. We work with tier-one banks, central banks, regulators, technology companies and governments around the world to help individuals, organisations and countries build the capabilities they need for the future.
Our mission is simple: In a tech world, we bet on people. Previous interns and early-career team members at CFTE have gone on to organisations including Goldman Sachs, Jane Street, McKinsey and Amazon, while others have continued their journey with CFTE.
This is a junior role suited to a student, recent graduate or early-career candidate who is intellectually curious, comfortable using AI and excited by the challenge of making sense of fast-moving topics. You will help develop workshops, professional programmes and online learning content across AI, fintech, finance and emerging technologies.
The work often starts with an early concept, a question or a session brief. Your job is to take that ambiguity and turn it into something credible and useful: Research → assess → challenge → structure → refine → build
You will use AI extensively to accelerate your work, but AI does not replace thinking. You will be expected to question information, validate sources, identify what matters and turn complex topics into clear learning experiences for professional audiences.
You will work on complex and emerging topics that professionals and organisations are trying to understand now, from AI in financial services and emerging technologies to new workshops, case studies and practical learning experiences.
