About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join our Deal Operations team as a Research Analyst initially on a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent. This is an office-based role, where you will play a key part in supporting Business Sales and M&A deal processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Research within the Business Sales and M&A industry. You don’t need direct industry experience — full training is provided, and you will learn directly from our experienced team.

So, what will you be doing?
  • Undertaking research into potential buyers
  • Identifying contacts within businesses with the aim to obtain non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s).
  • Liaising with clients to identify potential purchasers within their sector.
  • Liaising with Buyers to understand what kind of businesses they are looking to acquire and match them with our clients.
