Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a reliable Reprographics Officer for a busy secondary academy in Havering, with an immediate start and a daily rate of £95–£120. You will print teaching materials, worksheets, and displays, and support staff with basic document formatting.

The role requires organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced school environment; DBS update service is preferred. Experience in school reprographics is desirable.

About the role - Reprographics Officer

We are seeking a reliable and organised Reprographics Officer to join a busy secondary academy and provide an efficient printing and reprographics service across the school. You will be responsible for producing high-quality teaching materials, worksheets, assessments, displays, and other resources, ensuring requests are completed accurately and within deadlines. The role involves operating reprographics equipment, managing print and paper supplies, maintaining equipment, and supporting staff with basic document formatting where required. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and confidence working in a fast-paced environment. Previous school or reprographics experience is desirable but not essential.

About the school - Reprographics Officer

This mainstream, all girls school based in Havering cater to students aged 11 to 18 with a total of 1300 students on site. The school was most recently graded good by Ofsted back in July 2019 where they were praised on their first-class education and opportunities to develop students' skills, abilities and confidence. The school's results are well above average nationally and have continued to improve in recent years. The school also have an SEN unit that supports roughly 119 students with the following needs; SpLD, Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment, SLCN, ASD, SEMH, Multi-Sensory Impairment and Moderate Learning Difficulty.
