The initial setup may require 1–2 hours in the first month, followed by occasional tasks, typically taking just a few minutes monthly, or none in some months. Once the bank account is established, the role becomes mostly passive and long-term.
Compensation: £125 per month (£1,500 per year) for Company Secretary services.
